By accessing or using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws, including the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, and the Information Technology Act, 2000. If you do not agree, you must not use the Website. These Terms apply to all users seeking to register and list businesses in our directory services.
Eligibility and User Registration
To use the Website, you must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract under Indian law. Registration requires providing accurate information, such as business name, contact details, and address; you agree to keep this updated. The Foundation may verify information and suspend or terminate accounts for false details or violations. As a business directory, listings are created upon successful registration and payment for subscription services.
Description of Services
The Website provides a platform for businesses to register and list their details, including descriptions, contact information, and images, to connect with potential customers. Subscriptions are offered for paid listings (e.g., one-year access at ₹1,200), which include visibility in search results and directory features. The Foundation does not endorse listings and acts only as a facilitator; users are responsible for their content’s accuracy. Services may include email notifications and basic support, but no guarantees of traffic or leads are provided.
Payment and Subscription Terms
Subscriptions are billed upfront upon registration; payments are processed securely via integrated methods accepted on the Website. Fees are non-refundable except as specified in the Refund Policy; renewals occur automatically unless canceled at least 7 days prior. Late payments may result in listing suspension. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes; additional charges (e.g., for upgrades) will be displayed before confirmation. You authorize the Foundation to charge your provided payment method for renewals.
User Content and Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of content you upload (e.g., business descriptions, logos), but grant the Foundation a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, modify, and distribute it for directory purposes. Content must not infringe third-party rights, be defamatory, or violate laws; the Foundation may remove violating material without notice. The Website’s design, logos, and code are owned by the Foundation or licensors; unauthorized use is prohibited. Users must respect DMCA notices for copyright claims.
Prohibited Activities
You agree not to: misuse the Website (e.g., spamming, hacking), post illegal or harmful content, impersonate others, or engage in fraudulent activities. Commercial use beyond paid listings requires permission; scraping or automated access is banned. Violations may lead to account termination and legal action under Indian law.
Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers
The Website is provided “as is” without warranties; the Foundation disclaims liability for inaccuracies in listings, service interruptions, or indirect damages (e.g., lost profits). Liability is limited to the subscription fee paid. You use the Website at your own risk; the Foundation is not responsible for user interactions or transactions. Termination and Suspension
The Foundation may suspend or terminate your access for breaches, without refund. Upon termination, listings will be removed, and you must cease using the Website. Subscriptions end at the term’s close unless renewed.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by Indian laws, with exclusive jurisdiction in courts of Pune Maharashtra. Disputes will first be attempted via negotiation; unresolved matters go to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The Foundation provides a grievance officer for complaints, resolvable within one month per E-Commerce Rules.
Changes to Terms
