Order Processing Time
Orders for digital services (e.g., business listings) are processed and activated within 1-2 business days after successful payment confirmation. For any physical products, processing takes 2-3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays in India; orders placed after 4 PM IST may be processed the next business day. Processing time begins once payment is verified and does not include delivery transit.
Shipping Methods and Options
Digital services are delivered via email notification or direct access on the Website dashboard upon activation. For physical shipments (if applicable), we use standard courier services within India, such as express or economy options, with no international shipping currently available. Local pickup may be offered for Maharashtra-based users upon request; contact support to arrange. Shipping methods are selected at checkout based on availability and user location.
Shipping Costs and Fees
Digital services incur no shipping fees, as delivery is instantaneous upon activation. For physical products, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, location, and method (e.g., ₹50-₹200 for standard domestic shipping); free shipping may apply for orders above ₹1,000 within Maharashtra. All costs are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes; users are notified of total fees before confirmation. Additional charges for remote areas or oversized items will be displayed upfront.
Estimated Delivery Times
Digital activations occur within 24-48 hours of processing. Physical deliveries within India take 3-7 business days for metro cities and 5-10 days for other areas, subject to courier performance and location. Delays due to weather, holidays, or customs (if expanded) are beyond our control but will be communicated via updates. Estimated times are provided at checkout and may vary; we aim for on-time delivery in 95% of cases.
Tracking and Order Confirmation

Physical orders receive a tracking number via email within 1 business day of shipment, accessible through the courier’s portal or our dashboard. Shipping Restrictions and Exclusions
We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or restricted areas under Indian postal rules. Certain products (if offered) may have location-based restrictions due to regulations; these are noted on product pages. No deliveries on Sundays or national holidays; international shipping is not supported at this time. Prohibited items include hazardous goods, per courier policies.
Damages, Lost Shipments, and Issues
